Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders placed before 2:30 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day, provided all security checks are cleared and the item is not a pre-order or marked with a special lead time in its description.
  • Orders placed after 2:30 PM GMT Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • If additional security checks are required, processing will pause until the requested information is provided.

⚠️ During busy periods (e.g., product releases, sales, holidays), order processing may take 5–7 working days. This does not include shipping transit times or any product-specific lead times noted in item descriptions.

Note: If your order includes an item on pre-order or with a stated lead time, the entire order will ship within that timeframe.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

(After order processing — does not include pre-order or lead times)

  • UK: 1–2 business days
  • USA: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 2–3 business days
  • Rest of World: 2–6 business days
  • Canada: 2–4 business days

Customs clearance may delay delivery, which is outside of our control. Customers should monitor tracking updates and report delivery issues within 7 days of dispatch. Claims made after 7 days cannot be investigated or compensated.

Refused or failed delivery attempts will result in the order being returned, and return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.

📦 We do not ship to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is entered, our team will request an alternative address.

TAXES & DUTIES

The recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. These charges are not included in ABIMS BRAND’s shipping fee. Orders held at customs require payment before release.

If an order is returned due to unpaid or refused taxes/duties:

  • The full tax/duty amount and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDERS & LEAD TIME ITEMS

  • Pre-order items typically require 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.
  • The lead time applies only to production and does not include shipping transit time.
  • Express shipping estimates begin once the item has shipped.
