Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the shipping date (including that day) to request a return. Once your request is approved, you’ll have 10 days (UK orders) / 14 days (international orders) for the item(s) to reach us. Late returns won’t qualify for a full refund — instead, you may receive store credit or your item could be sent back to you.

You don’t need to email us for instructions. Simply go to our Returns Portal to submit your request. Once completed, you’ll get a return label both on the portal’s final page and via email. The return label cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you’d prefer, you may use your own courier. In that case, the return is entirely your responsibility until it arrives at our returns address. Please ensure you choose a tracked and signed service. Any customs fees or shortfalls will not be covered by us. Refunds are only issued once the returned items have been received by us — we cannot process refunds while your parcel is still in transit or if it never arrives.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging intact
  • All swing tags, return tags, hygiene stickers, and ribbons/zip ties must be untouched
  • Free from makeup, perfume, fabric softeners, or other residues
  • Undamaged (including damage caused during try-on or alterations)

If your item doesn’t meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct costs for cleaning, repair, or restocking. We also reserve the right to refuse returns we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to ABIMS BRAND. Multiple excessive returns may also result in refusal.

❗ Returns sent without a request will be automatically rejected and sent back to you.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

STORE CREDITS & GIFT CARDS

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Usable across the site or partially on orders within the validity period
  • Refunds for items purchased with gift cards/store credit will be reissued back to the same voucher, not to a bank card
  • Expiry dates are fixed and will not be extended after a return

BUNDLES
All items in a bundle must be returned together. Partial returns will result in full-price charges for the items you keep. Bundles are refundable only as store credit. No exchanges are available for bundles.

FREE ITEMS
If your order included a free item or a buy-one-get-one-free offer, all items (including the free item) must be returned for a refund.

SALE

  • Sale items: Strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable
  • Sale items include:
    • Products discounted on site
    • Orders purchased with holiday/special sale codes (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Summer, etc.) or any promotional discount code

Welcome discount codes remain valid if used fairly and in line with the terms of distribution.

REJECTED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a package is refused or returned to us (e.g., due to unpaid taxes, incorrect address, or failed delivery), return shipping, taxes, and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
